T <br />�� <br />The proposed use of the piece of property located at 9901 <br />Evergreen Way will be as a lumberyard. We will stock dimensional <br />lumber, plywood sheet goods, and a small amount of builders <br />� type hardware, for both wholesale and retail resale. Most <br />of the sales will be made to contractors workinq outside the <br />city limits and delivered to their job sites, brinqinq that <br />revenue to the city. <br />The types of inventory we will carry will be completely <br />harmless to the environment and cause no added impact to city <br />drainaqe systems. <br />We will be able to help the area by offerinq some jobs to <br />area residents.
