FORM D <br />NOTICE OF PRESENTATION OF BUILDING OFFICIAL <br />REf�UEST TO CITY COUNCIL FOR AN ORDER <br />Section 1; That the City of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized <br />representative shall request the Everett City Council to order pou and each of <br />you prosecu±ed as a violator of the provisions of the City of Everett Building <br />Code and shall further request the Everett City Council to order the City of <br />Everett Building Official to proceed with the work specified and required in the <br />NOTICE OI' UNSAFE BUILDING(S) dated the 28th �y of March � <br />19 73 , wh:ch was heretofore properly served upon you and each of you because <br />of the failure, neglect or refusal of you and each of you to comply with the provisions <br />of said notice. <br />Section 2; Said request shall be presented at the regular scheduled public meeting <br />of the Everett Cit�; Council to be held on the _iltli day of July , 19 73 <br />commencing at the�' hour of 10;00 a, m in the City Council Room, Everett ' <br />City Hall� Everett, Washington, <br />Section 3; you and each of you and/or your authorized representative(s) shall <br />/ have the right to appear at said meeting of the F.verett City Council and to present <br />such evidence and/or arguments relating to this matter as you and each of you <br />or your authorizecl representative(s) may deaire, Failure to appear and/or <br />present evidence and/or arguments shall not bar the Everett City Council from <br />hearing or acting upon said request of the City of Everett Building Official o: <br />his duly authorize�3 representative, Action of tlie Everett City Council shall <br />be final; provided, however, you and each of you have the right to seek relief from <br />said final action of the Everett City Council from the Superior Court of the State <br />of Washington. <br />Section 4: This official action is pursuant to and in accordance with the City of <br />Everett Building Code, Chapter 2, 12 Everett City Code adopting and amending <br />Volume 1� Uniform Building Code, 1967 Edition prepared by the Internatior.al <br />Conference of Building Officials, Copies of said code are available for public <br />inspection in the office of the City Clerk, Everett City Hall, Everett, Washington, <br />
