One handicap accessible parking stall is required adjacent to the <br />main entrance. Stall shall be 12'-6" minimum width. A curb cut 36" <br />minimum width, 1:12 maximum slope with 1:6 maximum side siope<� sha11 <br />be provided to the sidewalk. <br />2. Separate toilet facilities for each ses are required for buildings <br />with over 4 employees per 19II8 UBC Section 705. <br />Provide 2 toilets in men's room (1 may be a urinal) and 1 toilet in <br />women's room (the 1988 Uniforu� Plumbing Code Appendix C requires 3 <br />toilets for each sex but considering the proposed building use I <br />believe this requirement would be excessive). <br />3. Indicate toilet room accessories (grab bars, towel dispensers;, sink <br />& toilet heights, etc.) to conform with the Washington State <br />Regulations for Barrier-Free Facilities. <br />4. Group B1 service stations shall be of non-combustible or 1 hour <br />rated construction.
