There is a <br />12" D.I. main on Evergreen Way and a 10" wood main on 100th. Hydrants are located <br />about 600' Weat and 200' South of the centerline of 140th on Evergreen. A hydrant will <br />be needed at thia location. <br />SEWER: <br />There is an 8" main on Evergreen . <br />DRAINAGE: <br />Thie eite ie tributary to Swamp Creek. On-site detention will be required in accordance <br />with both City and County standards.
