The proposed site is vacant; a portion is wooded with Willow saplings <br />3. Drainage alang 100th St.S.W. is open ditch: <br />with the City's Drainage Ordinance. <br />Drainage must be designed in conformance <br />4, Access is proposed via both Evergreen Way and 100th St. S.W.
