Thc removed cxisting tenant demising wall (a hvo hour arca separation wall) should'�c repiaced with a <br />ncw hvo hour area separation wall as the tenant demising wall, per thc Uniform Bwiding Code-1997 <br />(UI3G97), Scction �0G.4.2. <br />2. The tcnant improvemcnt area has Uccn incrcased from the original 1950 Uuilding shell configuration oP <br />tcnant areas. In addition to thc new tcnant demising wall required in Item 1 above, another pvo hour <br />arca separation wall will be mquircd to ro-cstahiish the original tenant improvement area of <br />approximatcly SS92 syuarc fect, or th�s tenant improvemcnt arca will bc required to bc sprinklcrcd to <br />NPPA-13 specifications, per the City of�Everett Sprinkler Ordinanee (1902-92, Scetion 1 G.7(.030). <br />3. Openings (including doors and windows) in the arca separation u�alls should bc protcctcd by 90 <br />minute firc-resistancc rated assemblies, per UBC-97 Section 506.4.2. <br />4. All duct penctrations tivough the hvo hour area separation ���alls should have combination smoke and <br />firc dampers per UBC-97 Scctions 713.10 and 713.11. <br />Upon suUmission of the rcvised drawings, your applicacion will be given priority and plan review will begin. <br />All requircd submittals ntust be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will <br />be constructed in compliance with all referenced codes.
