FOR GSA Job Address: 9930 EVERGREEN WAY #116 Plan Review No: K1106-006 Dear Ms. Robinson, In response tu your application for a new suppression construction permit, the plans have been examined and you are advised that this is an incomplete submiltal, and the permit review cannot be resumed until the following issues are resolved. 1. Civil drawings should be submitted for a Public Works permit for tlie new work to connect to the main "by others". Please contact Mike Ward, Maintenance and Operations for Supervisor, (425-257- 8827) for a preliminary estimate and scope of work for the tap and connection to the main, and possibly for the new vault for the double check detector assembly. 2. The sprinkler drawings submitted for 168 new heads are missing the caiculations and the cut for the double check detector assembly for che vauit. 3. The location of the post or wall indicator valve (PIV or WIV), check valve, and the fire department connection (FDC) should be shown on the sprinkler plans. Upon submission of three sets of revised drawings, DCDA catalog cut, and caiculations reFlecting the corrections requested, the review of this application will be resumed. Applicable codes include the 2009 Intern�;ional Building Code (IRC), the 2009 International Fire Code (IFC), and referenced standards. All codes, as adopted by the City of Everett Municipal Code, should include current revisions by the State of Washington. These comments address building issues only. Revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with ali adopted codes.
