Please review <br />and respond to the comments below. These comments address building issues only. Additional <br />revisiors, or additions, may be required by o[her departments (such as Utilities, Planning or <br />Fire). All references refer to the 2012 International Buiiding Code (IBC), the 2012 International <br />Fire Code (IFC), the 2L12 International Mechanical Code (Ih1C), and the 2012 International <br />Energy Conservation (IECC), as amended by the State of Washington and adop[ed by the City <br />of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessibie <br />and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ACA regulations and standards <br />may be more restrictive. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the ttuilding Division with two complete new sets of construdion <br />documents ref;ecting the corrections requested. <br />l. All doors serving Group A occupancies are required tc equipped with panic hardware in <br />accordance with IBC 1008.1.1G. <br />2. Assembly rooms are required to have their maximum occupan[ loads posted in <br />accordance with IBC 1004.3. <br />3. Drinking fountains are required in accordance with IBC 2902.5 (State Amendments). <br />4. Kitchen appliances used for cooking may require A Type l Hood.
