A <br />B-49126 <br />In response to your application for a construction permit, your plans have been examined and you are <br />advised that the issuance of a permit is being withheld for the reasons listed below. These comments <br />address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments <br />(such as Utilities, Planning or F� e). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, as <br />amended by th� State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1991, 2nd Edition, unless <br />stated otherwise. <br />The plans submitted are incomplete. The comments that follow are general in nature <br />and may not be complete. <br />An additional plan review response may be required after receipt of completed plans. <br />2. All buildings and additions or alterations to buildings over 4,000 squaze feet of <br />construction area require the plans and specifications to be prepared by an architect <br />currently licensed to practice in the State of Washington. RCW 18.08 <br />Provide a smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface on floors and walls of toilet rooms per <br />Section 510(b). <br />4. When showers are provided, at least one shower shall be accessible.
