If you wish to prevent the pemut from <br />expiring without documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that has occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2) Request final inspecuon if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day actension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After thaz time the Sle will be sent to our Records Depaztment for <br />microfihning without final approval.
