� <br />Evaluation of warehouse space relocation to <br />Shoreline Permit # 13--94 (Pier 1 South) issued to Port of <br />Everett. ( per WAC 173-14064 criteria). <br />1. WAC 173-14-064 (2) (a) states that no additional over water ��nstruction is <br />allowed, except that pier, dodc, or float wnstruction ma� tie ina;�eased by 500 <br />square feet or 1096 from the provisions of the original per� �, whichevsr is less: <br />pespons�: The revision involves a relocation of wareh�use space <br />to an uplan:i area. This criteria is not applicable. <br />2. WAC 173-14-064 (2) (b) states that area coverage's (by structures) and height <br />of each strudure may be increased up to 10�a by a revision. <br />R�aponss: The relocation of the warehouse space will involve <br />6000 square feet of area, whereas the original permit's coverage <br />was 50,000 square feet. <br />3. WAC 173-14064 (2) (c) states that separate structures may not exceed a <br />total of 250 square feet. <br />p�sponss: This criteria in not applicabie. <br />4. WAC 173-14-064 (2) ;d) states not deviation from height, lot coverage, <br />setback, as suthorized underthe original permR, is allowed in a revised permit• <br />Rasponse: The revision does not violate this criteria. <br />5. WAC 173-14-064 (2) (e) states landscaping is allowed consistent with original <br />permit. <br />Response: Landscaping is not affected by the revision. <br />6. WAC 173-1 a-064 (2) (� states that the use authorized in the original permft is <br />not changed. <br />Response: Uses in the original permft remain unchanged. <br />
