Each PLP named in this Agreed Order is individually responsible for <br />cospliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreed Order. Any reference <br />to or repairement of the PLP Group applies to all PLPs named. Compliance with <br />the Agreed Order by any PLP is not conditioned on the performance of any other <br />pLp.
