Develupment pursuant to this -nit shall be undertaken pursuant , to following terms and <br />conditions: <br />1. A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Works Department showing parking <br />layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage, and all required improvements to the <br />public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required before <br />any permits are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy Permit is <br />issued. <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City of Everett shall be <br />on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Works Department. <br />4. Sewer capital improvement fees will be determined by the utilities division based on number <br />of fixtures installed. Sewer fees are to be paid prior to issuance of Building Permits. <br />5. Connection to existing sanitary and water service systems will be necessary for proposed <br />building. <br />6. No public pedestrian access is required through the subject property. <br />This permit is granted pursuant to the Shoreline Management Act of 1971 and nothing in this permit <br />shall excuse the applicant from compliance with any other federal, state, or local statutes, ordi- <br />nances or regulations applicable to this project, but not inconsistent with the Shoreline <br />Management Act (Chapter 90.58 RCW). <br />This permit may be rescinded pursuant to RCW 90.58.140 (8) in the event the permittee fails to <br />comply with the terms or conditions hereof. <br />CONSTRUCTION PURSUANT TO THIS PERMIT WILL NOT BEGIN OR IS NOT AUTHORIZED <br />UNTIL THIRTY DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FILING THE FINAL ORDER OF THE LOCAL <br />GO'IERNMENT WITH THE REGIONAL OFFICE OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY AND THE <br />AT.ORNEY GENERAL, OR UNTIL ALL REVIEW PROCEEDINGS INITIATED WITHIN THIRTY <br />DAYS FROM THE DATE OF FILING HAVE TERMINATED. <br />Date March 4, 1981 <br />Dennis Derickson, Director <br />Planning Department <br />THIS SECTION FOR DEPARTMENT USE ONLY IN REGARD TO A CONDITIONAL USE OR VARIANCE <br />PERMIT. <br />Date received by Department <br />Approve <br />Denied <br />This conditional use/variance permit is approved/denied by the department pursuant <br />to Chapter 90.58 RCW.
