City of Everett
18 June 1992
W-4558-3
Page 2
The locations of proposed monitoring well PMW-1 and the proposed recovery trench are shown on Figure
1. A schematic diagram of the proposed recovery trench is shown on Figure 2. The area to be Included
In the GPR survey is shown on Figure 3. The length of the recovery trench shown in Figure 1 Is
approximate. The actual length Is dependant upon the results of the test pit subsurface exploration.
The entire project would be conducted as 3 separate events as follows:
1) GPR survey (1 event, 1 day);
2) test pit exploration and recovery trench Installation (1 event, 3 to 4 days);
3) drilling (1 event, 'A day).
Some traffic Bow revision would be required to conduct the test pit exploration, the recovery trench
Installation, and the drilling. The GPR survey would just involve restricting parking from the survey area.
Our proposed traffic control plans for each event have been included as Figure: 4,5, and 6.
The dates when the work would be conducted is dependant upon subcontractor availability, coordination
of access with other land owners involved with this project, and attainment of the street use permit from the
City of Everett. The city of Everett would be notified prior to beginning any work on city property.
Should you have need of any addtional information, please do not hesitate to call me at a2o-4669.
Respectfully submitted,
RZA AGRA, Inc.
Timothy J.
