� A G R E E M E N T THIS AGR�EMENT entered into the date last written by an�i between the CITY OF EVERETT, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "CITY", and /.,u�reN iGs$cot.Ds�zst:s hereinafter referred to as "PERMITTEE": W I T' N E S S E T H: That oursuant to Section J_7.12.110 of the EVERETT ^4UNICIPAL CODE, the PERMITTEE herein agrees as follows in cor.sideration of the CITY issuing a permit for the establishment of a temporary use of a commercial coach, mobile home or portable cnit: I The PERMITTEE shall. not locate a commercial coach, mobile home, or other p��rtable unit until a buildinq oermit has been obtained for construction or remodeling of a permanent building at the subject sight. II The PERMITTEE agrees to locate said commercial coach, mobile home, or portable unit in accordance with a plot plan approved Uy the Buil3ing O£ficial. III The PERMITTEE agrees that before such cor.imercial coach, mobile home; or portable unit is placed upon said property that it shall have attached to it the state approval seal and shall be used for purposes permitted under such seal. 3+l The Permittee agrees to remove said commercial coach, mobile home or portable unit no later than the {6T D4�C of AuG•u6T , 19 78 . Should the PFRt•1ITTEE fail or refuse to so remove such commercial coach, mobile home, or portable unit,.the CITY is herehy authorized and given the right to enter upon the premises and remove it after the expiration date as herein provided, provid.ing the premises are posted givinq notice of such removal at. leasi_ forty-eight (48) hours before said action. u The CITY shall remove said commercial coach, mobile home, or portable unit to the nearest storage yard where such commercial coach, mobile homes, or other portable units are commercially stored and the P�ItD4ITT�� hereby grants to such storaqe yard a lien on such `✓(t��'j �'!, <". :f.r
