Also he shoved us the wrk on the tw buildings <br />that the Loadiag Docks vere added to, r��other building that he lud m�de a co¢crete <br />slab to the South of the concr�te rumray for hie motorized bull to run on. <br />We rent into the retail ice building Wat facea California Street and he had done <br />some Slectrical �rork and I asked him vho the Coneractor wae that did elu vork and <br />he told me that their maintenance man had done it, aad I told him tlut i could <br />see that the vork vae all wz�ag and I told him that he muet have a Licenced <br />Elecerical Contractor to meke th¢ xork co�ly Z told hi4 ehat thia ia a State <br />Lav and that this was required, I then told him I wuld sead the F.lectrical <br />Inepactor dam to aee him, he said that that vould be fine. With that I told him <br />at hie coavenience to come in and pick up a Permit for the vork he had done a� <br />he said he wuld. I aleo told him that if any more vork wae to be done to come in <br />and let na help him with making the vozk comply and acquire a biiilding permit. <br />Statement by J. H. Farrens <br />On Friday, ppril 30, 1971, Mr. Adama requeated a permit to cwer his loading Dock. <br />Z receivmd the requeat for a permit and told him that I wanted to check vith <br />Mr. Srickson. The sketchy drawinga shoved that there was no Electrical vork. <br />The Electrical Inspector az�ote a note stating that the Electrical Code requirea <br />a minim�m amount of Light. I checked and corrected his draving and told him at�out <br />the lighting requiremants. He stated [hnt ehere were fixtures exieting. This <br />comrersation vas on Mondaq, May 3, 1971. I suggested that he see Mr. Dougherty <br />and told him the houn that Mr. Dougherty ie in the office. He has not been t�ack <br />since. <br />
