Perrigo <br />2421 Rockefeller <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Re: 2915 Federal, Everett, Washington <br />Dear Mr. Perrigo: <br />I had a request from the P.U.D. to make an electrical service change <br />proposal. I did not go through the Duplex at 2915 Federal as I saw <br />so many Code violations that could result in a fire it was not <br />necessary to look at both units. <br />The building requires a new service for each apartment and install <br />the necessary outlets to provide a minimum safety for the tenants. <br />The unit in the rear of the property was open so I also made an <br />electrical inspection in that building. It is now being supplied from <br />the front building and would be cause to pay Commercial rate for <br />both units. All the violations in both buildings will have to be <br />corrected and new service panels be provided for each unit. <br />Would you please contact me and let me know how soon this could be <br />done? <br />Yours truly <br />L.
