WA&MMOTp! <br />Y�701 <br />pNp11E� (!Jq AMi/71 <br />FNf: (mW ]dM/�7 <br />On February 28, 1989 you and Lyall McEnulty obtained <br />demolition permits Noa. 21718, 21719 and 21720 for the <br />demolition of the residences located on the above referenced <br />acidreasea . <br />An inapection of the proper on Sept. 22, 1989 revealed the <br />buildings still on the property and being heavily damaged by <br />vandalism. The damage is so severe, the buildings may be <br />considered dangerous. <br />Contact with the Building Tnspection office was made and it <br />was determined that the permita have expired since aix months <br />went by and the buildings are still on the property. The <br />Buildinq Inapection office indicated that you may still <br />demolish the building on the permita issued in February of <br />this year aa lonq as you write a letter requesting an <br />extension of the permita. <br />Since theae buildings are in a very bad state of disrepair <br />and may be considered danqerous to the health safety and <br />wel£are of the public, it will be necessary ior you to <br />respond within ten days of your receipt of this letter or the <br />City will have no alternative but to continue with abatement <br />of the buildings. <br />
