A recent status inspection <br />showed that the required corrections have not yet been completed. Please be aware that <br />we can not issue the Certificate of Occupancy until corrections have been completed <br />and approved. I have enclosed a copy of the 3/3/94 inspection report. <br />Please call our office at 259-8810 within the next 10 days to schedule inspection, or if <br />you have questions or believe our records are in error.
