Edwards <br />1311 Sherman Avenue <br />Port Orchard, Washington 98366 <br />Dear Sir: <br />Enclosed please find a Notice of Unsafe Building which concerns <br />the property at 2937 Federal Street, Everett, which you may have <br />an interest in. <br />The City of Everett is in the process of abating this structure <br />as a dangerous and unsafe building. <br />As the contract purchasers have not elected to resolve the problem <br />we are initiating legal action against the structure. <br />If you, or any other heir apparent, desire to affirm this interest <br />in the property or to protest our action please notify the Housing <br />Inspection Supervisor, 259-8835 or make arrangements to attend the <br />council hearing. <br />Respectfully <br />Robert K.
