The entire driveway shall be paved with either portland cement <br />concrete or asphalt cement concrete. <br />7. The parallel parking stall line shall be blacked out in front of and <br />for a distance of 5 feet on either side of the new driveway. A new <br />white line shall be painted perpondicular to the curb on either side of <br />the new driveway to mark the new ends of the parallel parking area. <br />8.
