W. and Roberta Kathol and Dale Kathol <br />1026 Pudget Drive <br />Edmonds, Washington 98020 <br />RE: 3007 Federal Avenue <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Legal description of the following described property <br />which is situated in the County of Snohomish: <br />Lots 4 and 5, Block 723, Plat of Everett, Division "H", <br />as per plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats on page 50, <br />records of Snohomish County. <br />I. The City of Everett Building Official has found the building <br />which is situated on the above -described property to be <br />substandard. The following deficiencies render the <br />building substandard pursuant to Section 202 of the 1979 <br />Uniform Housing Code. <br />1. The structure has been severely damaged by demolition <br />and vandalism. <br />2. All vital systems, electrical, plumbing and heating <br />have been dcstroyed. <br />3. The foundation is deteriorated. <br />4. The roof has been removed from the structure. <br />S. Windows and doors are broken. <br />6. Wall coverings have been removed. <br />7. According to the Fire Department, the structure has <br />been determined a fire hazard to the surrouncing <br />structures. <br />8. The exterior of the premises is piled deep in const- <br />ruction materials due to interior demolition.
