I am the Housing Inspector for the City of Everett. <br />2. On October 14, 1983 I sent a Building Official's Notice and Order <br />via certified mail, return receipt requested, to William and <br />Dorothy Chin regarding abatement proceedings concerning real <br />property which they have interest in and is described as follows: <br />Lots 4 and S, Block 723, Plat of Everett Division "H" as per <br />plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats on page SO, records of <br />Snohomish County. Commonly known as 3007 Federal, Everett, <br />Washington. <br />3. On October 17, 1983 the return receipt requested with Certified <br />No. P227 082 122 was returned to me. <br />4. The Notice was addressed to William and Dorothy Chin, 510 View <br />Ridge, Everett, Washington 98203. <br />5. The returni receipt was signed D. Chin and dated October IS, 1983. <br />Mari n G.
