APPELLANTS, and each of them, are purchasing real property located at 3007 Federal Avenue, Everett, Washington 98201, which is legally described as follows: Lots 4 and 5, Block 723, Plat. of Everett, Division "H", as per Plat recorded in Volume 4 of Plats on Page 50, records of Snohomish County. APPELLANTS protest the Notice and Order of the City of Everett Bpilding Official executed on October 14, 1983 directing that the building either be repaired or demolished within the stated period of time. APPELLANTS request additional time to review their options as to whether repair or demoiish on the basis of the possibility that the Department of the Navy may locate in. Everett. This decision with respect to the Department of the Navy will be determinative in whether APPELLANTS repair said building and property or demolish. APPELLANTS state that the reason why the Order should be reversed is that APPELLANTS are attempting to secure said premises and correct the problems as pointed out in the Order and request additional time with which to accomplish said action.
