I <br />r <br />NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDING(S) <br />Section 1: On August 13, 1979 the hercinabove described <br />building(s) or structure(), or portion.(s) thereof, were examined by the City <br />of Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative. <br />Section 2: Upon said examination it is found that said building(s), or structure(s), <br />or portion(s) thereof, are unsafe as defined in the City of Everett Building <br />Code in the following respects, to -wit: <br />1. Roof is rotted and leaking. <br />2. All windows are broken and sashes rotted. <br />3. Doors rotted and opened. <br />4. Foundation and sub -flooring rotted. <br />5. Boles in walls and ceilings. <br />6. All vital systems destroyed, electrical, plumbing <br />and heating. <br />7. Structure is in a very deteriorated condition overall. <br />8. Open to the public and an attractive nui*ence to <br />children playing in the area. <br />9. Overgrown with grass and weeds. <br />0 <br />
