WAl"IMG,ON <br />161.1 <br />INSPECTION O[PA11TM[Ili <br />Two weeks ago I talked with you in regard to the above referenced <br />properties. <br />On the loth of September, the City Council inquired as to progress <br />on 137 Mukilteo Blvd. I advised them or our conversation and <br />also of the financial difficulties you had mentioned. I told <br />them you had been working on the house during the summer and it <br />was secure at this time. The grass and weeds have taken over the <br />property and your attention is necessary in eliminating this <br />problem. Also, one of the front windows has been broken. <br />You stated that 3007 Federal would be secured. I drove by the <br />house this week and it is still sitting wide open. Since this <br />house remains a nuisance and a hazard to the public, I have no <br />alternative but to continue with abatement procedures on it. <br />Contact the Building Inspection Department at 259-8745 if you <br />have any questions in regard to these structures. <br />Yours truly, <br />Kenneth W.
