Under the present condition of this <br />building, it is a serious life safety hazard for the residents of the <br />apartments immediately to the north, to fire suppressiion crews, and to the <br />juveniles and transients who reportedly frequent this structure. <br />In addition to the fire hazard posed by this "kindling box", an inspection <br />shows that it is structually unsafe. <br />It is hereby requested by this office that action be taken to have this <br />structure <br />coniemned and demolished as an unsafe building and public nuisance. <br />B H�" • , -Z;� <br />,E- 4 H 1 . / 7- 11P " <br />81 <br />
