The structure is an attractive nuisance to children and <br />a harbor for vagrants. <br />_. The structure gists in violation of specific require- <br />8 <br />ments applicable to such structures as provided by <br />the building regulation of the cit•, or Everett as <br />9 <br />specified in the Ilnifor'm Housing lode. <br />3. All such work must' he completed in compliance <br />2 0 <br />with the Building Code within go days or the date of this <br />order. <br />21 <br />' <br />1'1. <br />If the owner elects to demolish the building, all required <br />22 <br />permits must he secured therefor within 60 days from <br />I <br />the date of this Order. Such demolition must be completed <br />23 <br />within dill tars of the date of this Order. <br />24 <br />!Il'T1. <br />If the required repair or demolition work is not commenced <br />within the lime set Forth in Paragraphs P and VI, the <br />25 <br />Building>, Official will order the building to remain <br />vacated and proceed to cause demolition of the structure <br />26 <br />and charge the costs thereof against the property or its <br />owners. <br />27 <br />;VTTT. Any person having) any record title or legal interest in <br />28 1the building may appeal from this Notice and Order to the <br />Housing Advisory and Appeals Board.
