Some <br />� of theae itema which are listed are not Code items but include items <br />which we know that you usually correct or repair for repossession , <br />' work. ' <br />1. Conatruct new footinge and foundation walls entirely around ; <br />the house. I <br />2, Provfde new posting and supports sufficiently located so the <br />existing beams will support the floor. <br />3. Provide new flooriag material throughout the house. <br />4. Raise dining-living room and bedroom floors to eliminate the <br />tloor differential at kitchen. <br />5, fnstall new gypsum wallboard on all walls which do not have <br />the same. <br />6. Install new gypsum wallboard ceilings. <br />7. :nstall new bedruom windows to comply with Building Code for <br />mini:num size and for emergency exit. <br />, 6.
