October 22, 2002 <br />To: Tamra Gregory, <br />Code Compliance <br />From: Jeff Heilman, <br />RE: Singh permit <br />Dear Ms Gregory, <br />I have completed the plan review for the Singh property located at 3309 Federel <br />Ave. I have approved the plans with correcHons noted on the plans. <br />I am enclosfng a copy of the approved plans for your records. The plans as <br />submitted, are a third attempt to make applfcadon for a building permit. I don't <br />believe that we are going to get any better plans from this designer, so I have <br />attempted to make as many correcdons as I could without reject(ng the plans. <br />The plans as approved, while showing the building code requfrements, do not <br />reflect the way that the structure was built.
