The Everett Building Code states that all permits expire if the <br />work authorired by the permits is suspendcd or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the work is <br />commenced. Work under this pemiit will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Dentonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your last <br />inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of thc work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written rcqucst for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Pleasc respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file �vill be sent to our Records Department <br />for microfilming without documentation of final approval. Thcse rewrds are available to prospective <br />buyers and lending institutions. ICyou wish to resume work in the future, a ne�v permit must be <br />obtained.
