December 19, 1963 <br />Mr Cevirt U'Donnell <br />5008 Sperry Lane <br />Everett, Washington <br />Dear Sir: <br />This office nas been notified by the P.U.D, of a fire in the <br />meter socket at 3420 Federal. Your name was given as the <br />owner of the prbreIrTy. <br />The P.U.D. informed us they granted you permission to make a <br />temporary connection until this could be replaced. There has <br />been no reauest from you nor from any electrical contractor <br />for an inspection, but there was a request from the P.U.D. <br />There are several violations on this service equipment which <br />are not permitted by code. These violaticns will have to be <br />corrected or it will he necessary to have the P.U.D. make a <br />disconnect of service, as coverer by Section 2.08.130 of our <br />Ci <br />H: <br />n4 <br />Li <br />
