Please see the <br />enclosed inspection activity report. The Everett Building Code states that all permits expire if the <br />work authorized by the permits is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the work is <br />commenced. Work under this permit will no longer be authorized unless you: <br />1) Demonstrate continuing progress by requesting inspection of work that has occurred since your last <br />inspection, or <br />2) Request final inspections of the work that is completed, or <br />3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension, detailing justifiable cause for extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days. After that time your permit file will be sent to our Records Department <br />for microfilming without documentation of final approval. These records are available to prospective <br />buyers and lending institutions. If you wish to resume work in the future, a new permit must be <br />obtained.
