The railroad ties <br />indicated in the lower right hand corner were existing retainer wall as was the fill below <br />the brick and new concrete retaining wall. <br />I have been informed that after the first rain season, following completion of the retain <br />wall and back fill, steel post will be installed to the outside of the retaining wall and tie <br />backs installed. These items are not indicated on the drawing. <br />Sorry this response was so long in coming; however, there has been many personal <br />problems which effect the completion of the letter and drawing in response to your <br />request.
