Novembere b,�bF1' <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />This letter is to give our approval of the removal of the <br />existing building and the construction ol a new six -unit <br />apartment at 3501 Federal Ave., Everett, Washington. <br />We feel that such a building would enhance and develop the <br />area. Ne do not object to having people in such a dwellin,; <br />as our neighbors. <br />Pie cannot say enough in favor of such a development, but <br />would like to thank Mr. Hayes for trying to improve our <br />neighborhood. <br />Thank you for any consideration of our opinion. <br />
