The complaints were concerning the following: <br />1. Trashy yard <br />2. Camper trailer being lived in <br />3. Junk vehicles <br />An inspection of the area was conducted. It was noted that the camper <br />is occupied. In the City of Everett it is illegal to occupy camper <br />trailers unless they are situated in a licensed mobile home park. <br />Also, it is illegal to store inoperative vehicles on private property in <br />the City of Everett unless they are stored in a garage. <br />The repair work being done on the top apartment requires inspections. <br />Permit No. 13757 was issued on August 10, 1984 for the work. To date <br />there have been no inspections. All plumbing and electrical work is <br />to be inspected prior to gyp -board being put in place. <br />As the owner of the property you have the responsibility of correcting <br />all violations. <br />Please contact the Building Inspection Division, 259-8745, within five <br />(5) days of your receipt of this letter advising us of your plan of <br />action in correcting these violations. <br />Yours truly, <br />ALFRED R.
