The request also <br />asked if the City would place new gravel along the road shoulder between the road asphalt and the wall. Part of the <br />maintenance need may stem from the fact that the area is receiving more than normal use because of the house <br />construction across the street which has no on street parking. <br />I believe your normal tendency is to require the abutting property owner to maintain the strip. However, would you take a <br />look at it and determine if this particular situation would permit some City maintenance. <br />Thanks, Larry <br />
