Pacific Northwest Bank, formally InterWest Bank completed a loan # 056-20012567 for the construction of the residence. The Bank repossessed the property on August 9, 2002 thereby acquiring the rights to all permits as well as the responsibility to complete any unfinished or out of compliance aspects to obtain legal occupancy in order to sell the subject property. We recently discovered that although the Herbsts were occupying the property for a long period of time that an occupancy approval had not been obtained. That is why we have requested the inspection that Is scheduled for Thursday, March 13, 2003.
