GES, Inc. was hired by Mr. Brian Jones in late July, 1999 to perform a geolc 4ic investigation and provide geotechnical engineering recommendations for the development of the lot. II A house design was provided consisting of a three-(3) story single family residence with a garage Ic Wed in the daylight basement of the house. A site investigation was performed following the footprint �f the provided plans and a Geo/oulc Inves►iYatlon mid Geotechnica! EnPineerinr Renon" dated Aug. 5 11999 was completed Five-(S) copies of the report were provided to the Jones on that date. The Jones Ore invoiced for the services provided and the invoice was promptly paid. There is no correspondence, notes or invoices for this project in ouc files after the ftfansaction date given above. Based on this, we conclude that GES, Inc. was not involved with the proje t after the delivery of the report. GES, Inc. was not involved in any way with site development, 1 IlIading, placement of foundations, drainage, design changes or the construction of the house. At this po ht in time we have no way of knowing if the recommendations given in our geotechnical report wer incorporated and/or followed during construction of this house.
