These <br />comments address building issues only. Other departments (such as Utili• •s, Planning or Fire) <br />may require additional revisions or additions. All referem;cs refer to the 1997 Uniform Building <br />Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1997 <br />Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br />Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. <br />1. Provide height calculations. Show elevations on elevation drawings. Indicate maximum <br />elevation at ridge of proposed home. <br />2. The proposed house as dra-m, is by definition a three-story structure. Section 220-S <br />(definition of story). Three story buildings are required to provide a second exit from the <br />third floor.
