EVERETT WASMINGTON <br />I inspected the area of 3816 Federal Avenue for violation of the Zoning Code. <br />The inspection was conducted on November 24, 1986, at 7:30 p.m. On the <br />property was noted one utility truck. <br />I will continue to monitor this area as I have received new evidence that <br />workers are arriving at the site at approximately 6:30 a.m. and leaving in <br />company vehicles. <br />MGP/jcl <br />1039E <br />
