W�eHINOTOrv <br />Y8]Ot <br />INBPEGTION OEPhRTMLNT <br />An ivestigation and dye test conducte3 on October 31, 1972 showed <br />that sewage from your property at 3906 Federal was surfacing at the <br />east property line bulkhead and running into the street.
