Property Use Permit 7-83). <br />The Soils Report and Soils a Drainage Map is referenced as being for <br />the adjacent property as noted on page two of SPU 7-83 dated 10-21-831 <br />but is actually for the subject property. <br />The Special Use Permit has four items on page four which I would to <br />bring to your attention. <br />Item 14. The only site slippage which has occured near the site is <br />adjacent to the city water resevoir noted on Drainage Map enclosed. <br />This slippage area 1s not in the drainage basin serving the subject <br />site. The fire station is not experiencing a slippage problem. <br />However, the fire station is experiencing settlement which is prob- <br />ably due to poor compaction at the construction site at the time the <br />fire station was constructed. <br />Item 15. The Soils Report by Sa Hong Consulting Engineers dated <br />April 40 1980, is for the subject site. There has been no fill <br />material brought onto the site since the report was prepared, making <br />all conditions discussed in the report still valid. <br />Item 16. There has been no fill material brought on to the site. <br />Item 19. The noise test reading of 75 <br />the firing range site. The other noise <br />to :S dBA. <br />dBA was a noise reading on <br />readings range from 54 dBA <br />
