Forest Park Seventh -day Adventist Church <br />4132 Federal Way — church Phone: 2523438 <br />Everett, Washington 982o3 <br />Re: FOREST PARK ADVENTIST SCHOOL <br />Occupancy Permit <br />Mr. Ben Edwards <br />City Building Department <br />Dear Mr. Edwards: <br />I'm enclosing a copy of the list of things yet to be completed on our school <br />at 4120 Federal Avenue, Everett. <br />Because our final appropriation will not be available to us until January of <br />1991, we request a continuation of the temporary occupancy permit you have so <br />graciously provided us. The projected completion date for this list is April <br />1, 1991. <br />To my knowledge the mechanical (heating) part of the project is in compliance <br />with the inspector's recommendations. <br />The hand rails along the inside stairway to the basement have been completed. <br />The outside handrails along the steps leading to the lower level are being <br />completed, and should be finished in a few days weather permitting. <br />I wish to thank you for your kindness and help as we have worked to build <br />this facility for our children. <br />Sinc,pyely yours, <br />Rm <br />
