The use of the right-of-way was requested with no rental charges. <br />A review of the request by the City departments reveals that'no conflict would arise relative <br />to City functions and maintenance. <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />It is recommended that oproval of application be granted and no rental charges bb a§essed. <br />
