There is an existing private fire hydrant with an <br />unknown pressure on the site; however, the pressure in the area <br />should be about 50 P.S.I. <br />SEWER- There is an existing 6" side sewer on the site. <br />DRAINAGE - The existing Luther Child Center drains both to Pigeon Creek <br />#1 and the 36th Street combined sewer system. The proposed <br />building will probably drain to Pigeon Creek #1. On -site <br />detention will be required.
