Motion Carried SPECIAL PROPERTY USE PEWIIT - (CB 802-93) Gerry Ervine, of the Planning Department, reported that the Luther Child Center had made application for a special use permit requesting the expansion of the existing facility by constructing a 13,000 square foot office and classroom space. The location site is west of Federal and north of 46th St. and existing zoning is R-1 single family low density. Mr. Ervine said there were no specific plans for improving Federal Avenue at this time but the Planning staff liked the idea of the power of attorney approach. Hugh Warren, Public Storks Department, stated it was their recommendation that two parcels of land for additional right-of-way be dedicated for future improvement by an LID covenant. lie said with the right-of-way on 44th and Federal there could be some change in the traffic volume which is presently low.
