The location site is west of Federal <br />and north of 46th St. and existing zoning is R-1 single family low <br />density. <br />Mr. Ervine said there were no specific plans for improving Federal <br />Avenue at this time but the Planning staff liked the idea of the <br />power of attorney approach. <br />Hugh Warren, Public Storks Department, stated it was their recommendation <br />that two parcels of land for additional right-of-way be dedicated for <br />future improvement by an LID covenant. lie said with the right-of-way <br />on 44th and Federal there could be some change in the traffic volume <br />which is presently low. <br />Exhibit #5 <br />City Council Minutes <br />Special Property Use Appeal <br />
