WA9NINGION <br />99201 <br />The original Special Property Use Permit issued to Luther Child <br />Center in 1972 requires that any change of occupancy be reviewed by <br />the City of Everett Building Official. The proposed Mental Health <br />Residential Treatment Program for Adults has been determined to be <br />consistent with the previous activity authorized by the above <br />mentioned permit; therefore, no Special, Property Use Permit review <br />will be required for this activity. You must comply with all other <br />City and State regulations and obtain all necessary permits <br />(including Building Permits) to complete this conversion. <br />This letter authorizes the change in use from the previous <br />residential treatment program to the Mental Health Residential <br />Treatment Program for a six month period.
