Give the model number or a detailed description of the food <br />delivery parts that will assure the food is at proper temperatures, <br />both hot and cold. <br />2. Supply a list of all fixed and mobile equipment for a) dining room <br />service, b) other building service and c) kitchen food preparation. <br />Recommendations: <br />1. For adequate control of the food storage area, it is recommended that <br />the hall access to the storage area be -removed. All foods and supplies <br />should be checked in by the Food Service Manager. <br />2.
