It is noted on Elevation Sheet AA-8 that roll linen dispensers are to <br />to provided at lavatories but in the specifications paper towel dis- <br />pensers are called for. Please clarify. <br />Soap and paper towels in approved dispensers (or individual cloth <br />towels for each child) shall he provided at each lavatory. WAC 388- <br />68-210(10). <br />2. Handwashing facilities must be provided in the kitchen. WAC 388-68- <br />210(12). See WAC 248--4-040(5). <br />3. Provide floor drain in walk-in freezer or slope floor to drain to the door <br />so that the box may be cleaned. All doors on the corridor which require 20 minute door per Section <br />3304(h) of the Code shall have steel frames. Rediframe, as manufac- <br />tured by Evans Product Company, has been approved by the Code under <br />I.C.B.O. #2766. <br />2. Stair Doors 17 are part of the required one -hour stair and the doors <br />shall be the same as Doors 16 with a one -hour label for the doors <br />and the steel frames. <br />3. Doors 1 to counselor and isolation appear to have glass lights. The <br />maximum size permitted is 1200 square inches of 1/4 inch wired plate <br />glass in steel frames. <br />Reference Section 3304(h), Uniform Building Code, 1970 Edition. <br />4. To meet requirements for one -hour each truss shall be a tested <br />assembly to show the protection to the lower chord. <br />
